Friends call me frugal while others might call me a penny pincher. In the current hard economic times I believe it pays to watch every single penny. This is one reason why I think that clipping grocery coupons is an excellent way to save money on your grocery bill. Many people throw out those coupons that are in magazines or the newspapers. Actually, this is like throwing away money. I always make it a point to sit down each week and look through all the magazines and newspapers for new food coupons. I've recently taken the hunt for grocery coupons to the Internet. Each week I use my hughes internet to get online and find great grocery coupons at sites like coolsavings, mysavings, or refundsweepers. These sites are great for downloading and printing out grocery coupons. Since I've started adding the grocery coupons online to my other coupons clipped from newspapers and magazines, I've doubled my grocery savings. It's not hard to do and I get great satellite internet prices. All that is needed is about an hour per week dedicated to clipping or downloading and printing out coupons. Organize the grocery coupons in an envelope by food type and always take the coupons with you to the grocery store.
